Brett Contact Sync — use terms

Brett Contact Sync is a private tool for Brett Lark's own authorized contact accounts. It is not offered to other users or supported by Google or Apple.

The intended scope is names, labeled emails, labeled phone numbers and birthdays for reviewed contacts. Notes do not sync. Conflicts, removals, unsupported fields and new contacts require review; contacts are not automatically merged or deleted.

Backups and recovery records are part of operation. A sleeping Mac, network outages, permissions, token expiry or service behavior may interrupt synchronization. Uninterrupted operation and recovery are not guaranteed. Review unexpected results before resuming; do not repeatedly retry an uncertain change.

The tool can be stopped by disabling its runner and revoking access. Changes to scope, recurrence or permitted accounts require a separate decision.
